I want to know if someone reject my follow request, will I notice it? (Any special things will occurs?)
If no, anything I can do to notice it?

you can check it yourself, after you press the "follow" button, it will become green. If he/she reject your request, the button will change to white again. (that makes you can press it again) But no special notice will occurs.

No, you won't notice it. But now, there is a new app call 'instametre' that in it you can see who reject your follow request, who block you and more things else. But in the app you need to pay for some service
