What were your personal early pregnancy symptoms? Did anyone have sharp pains? Period type cramps? Sore boobs? Spots? Tiredness? dizziness?

My very early pregnancy symptoms were being tired and urinating a lot.

Mild cramping, full feeling breast, and frequently urinating. It was a pretty easy first trimester for me.

A missed period. There are no symptoms before that because there's no hCG to cause them.

I'm hypersensitive before a missed period.
You can experience some fatigue due to hormones, or slight spotting during implantation. Besides that my symptoms didn't start until a few weeks after my missed period.
