Sheep-herder=is a person whose job is to take care of sheep to guide and make sure a group of people somewhere.
Hence guardian / custodian shop.
eg:-Sheep-herders should be guardians / custodians of the (---------).

其實，我是剛剛才了解什麼是 "愛心導護商店"

如果不拘泥字面，可採英文 "Guardian Angel" 自由發揮

我個人是比較喜歡 shepherd shop，我還可用一隻 "守護犬" 當吉祥物
