Which city is the most beautiful in Japan?

Kyoto has some very beautiful spots. Yokohama is charming in many, many places. Kami-furano isn't bad -- the lavender fields are gorgeous, nestled into the sides of the mountain. Furano-shi itself . . . so-so. Sapporo is very clean and the Odori Park is pretty nice.

Ishigaki or Miyakojima are certainly nice. Hokkaido in the summer can be beautiful. For traditional Japan, try Kyoto or Nara.

Depends on what you like. Nature- anywhere in Hokkaido. Traditional Japan- Kyoto. Modern Urbanization- Tokyo, Osaka. Choices are almost endless.
