小弟讀VTC資助課程
打算申請呢個資助專上課程學生資助計劃
我去學資處電子通到申請
佢其中一步要銀行戶口用作收取學生資助
但我本身未夠18歲,又沒有任何銀行戶口
請問有邊間銀行的戶口係最低結餘較低,或者識合我呢個case
麻煩晒!!

Most of major banks (HSBC, Hang Seng, BOCHK, etc.) have special arrangements to people who can't maintain the minimum balance.
