I usually did not get a lot of Déjà vu but I am getting them a lot now. And right after every single one I get a feeling of something bad is going to happen in the future.. It's not the good kind of Déjà vu.
I suddenly get a feeling of anxiety for a strange reason...

Deja vu is NOT some psychic ability nor any type of prognostication.You are right in that you get the anxious feelings for a strange reason; a malfunction in the brain for both the deja vu and the feelings after.
Makes one question reality, no? We are but slaves to our perceptions. Your strange feelings are proof of that.
