當然是收貨地址的電話號碼，收貨地址等資料可以更改，與帳號無關。而帳號的電話則需要與淘寶香港客服聯絡。

A more direct method:
contact and inform the seller by phone or email asap.
If seller had already sent, let the taobao agency to handle it.
If buyer cannot get back the paid product, buyer can complain it to the fruit newspaper or Hong Kong Consumer Council.
