My sister is Pi**ing me off?

i did my GCSEs and well im not sure if i even got C but my little sister who is 12 thinks she knows everything and is saying i think you failed but the worse bit is she says it in front of everyone even guests family and friends like its not your exams to talk about shut the F*** Up but if i tell her to mind her own business she dont listen what can i do ?
