How do I start a career as a South Korean actor?

I'm a Korean guy living in the states right now. My Korean is pretty fluent, and I'm confident in my looks and height (6'2). My heart is really set on becoming an actor but to be honest, I really don't know where to begin. I'm planning to attend Yonsei University in Korea by 2016 and study Psychology while pursuing an acting career. (I'm know that it's not easy to pursue two paths at once, but if I can't achieve my dream to become an actor, I at least need a backup plan). Which agency do I audition for and what exactly happens in the audition? I don't really have any acting experience besides performing in musicals but I'm willing to learn. Oh, and I heard that connections are EXTREMELY important to reaching success. Any idea on how I can get them? thanks
