My mom got given a plant they told her it was cauliflower but we don't think it is any ideas what it is ? 10 pts?

It looks like cauliflower to me. The large leaves with the white veins going through them are identifiable as cauliflower leaves. If you want to keep them healthy, try separating them into separate pots. This will allow the roots to spread out and stop them fighting for space as they seem to be quite close together. Lots of fertiliser means you will recieve delicious cauliflowers when the plant flowers. GL.

It's a type of green. Must likely muster green, or collard greens...(sorry can't really spell)

Actually it looks like collards, but might be a cauliflower is there is something in the center of all the leaves.,

Can start to harvest leaves now. Take the ones lowest on the stem, they are older. Snap them off and shred for a salad with other things. It is like cabbage and kale.
