What services can I use to listen to old music?

I like to listen to fairly old music (60's, 70's stuff mostly). I can't afford to get everything I want on the iTunes store. I've had some very bad experiences in the past with illegally downloading, and subscription services like Spotify and Apple Music don't have the music I like. They don't even have the Beatles, actually. Are there any other services similar to these things where I can download old music to a library for listening at anytime, like iTunes or Spotify?

you could try Google Play Radio maybe search your favorite band. (I see results for 70s music when I go to my gmail then to play then to music then to free radio then search)
I usually just use youtube when I want to hear an older band.
I might also see what CDs my local library system can loan me.
