Ok so I live in an small apartment with 4 floors only that my dad owns. My neighbor upstairs told me if he could use or rent my wifi because he used to use his roommates wifi but they are moving out. I'm 18 and I want to get extra cash, I'm just lending out my wifi right? I don't know if I should or not. What If he doesn't pay for the wifi in some months? Should I make him sign a contract? What could go wrong with this. If it's about privacy, I could give him my guest wifi account. What do you think? Easy cash. I mean he does pay the rent

Bad idea. Such a contract would never be binding in court because the contract would be illegal, because allowing him to hook into your wifi would be illegal. Tell him to get his own wifi, that you have no intention of participating in illegal activity.

Yes make a sub account as you can delete this later if he fails to pay or leaves.
