你問tense有冇用錯，基本上沒錯。因為你是想表達一種現實，it is difficult是一句所謂statement(陳述)你的意見，所以現在式時態的動詞OK。
不過用詞和表達上就沒有把你"中文"的內容表達，就算當作是總結句，句中用visitors...visit便不是好句，其實你"中文"主題是遊客，所以可以把visitors改為tourists便會造出更"精確"和"立體"的句子。
