I think he's a douche bag. I don't follow his 67 steps or anything, and honestly don't know much about him, but he sounds like every other self help "guru" I've ever heard. They never actually tell you how they made their money, they just motivational quotes and tatics to make you believe you can achieve the same success as them easily. Little do you know, they made their money by just telling you "you can do it, believe in yourself." pretty smart actually.
