Do you donate when people at supermarkets / fastfood resturants say " would you like to donate a dollar for ____ "?

Not usually because I feel they're pressuring you to do it and you should donate because you want to. That being said, j do give to other causes. I also like to do research on a charity to know where and how much of the money is going.

No, I either say "Sorry, not this time" or "Sorry, the way money is so tight lately, right now I'm my own favorite charity."

Never, I will decide when and to whom I will donate money.

I was approached once in a parking lot by a man who said he and his wife were stranded and wanted money for food. I gave him twenty bucks and he walked off towards the liquor store.

people that stipulate how much money to donate Ii don't bother with. Spare change isn't good enough? go swivel
