第一,要前文後理去睇,而唔可以只執一句去講.第二,有冇一個實質影響出現.
譬如你同我傾傾下計,我就講左句"你去死啦~"
咁唔通我要謀殺你,或者教唆你自殺咩~

In this case, you can be liable for your friend's injury.
