Is there a name for a stage in between friends with benefits and a couple?

As in, fwb but with more feelings than there should be, but not enough to be considered a couple? Or even if there's no name, has there anyone that's been through such a difficult stage?
更新1:

Just to clarify, both people have feelings in this situation and both people do not want it to progress to the dedication of being a couple?

Its commonly known as being a big fat liar or a rule breaker. To be in a FWB relationship or to be in romantic relationship both require you to have "the talk" to define the relationship. If you break the rules that you define, and start caring to much in a FWB relationship, chances are you will lose the relationship (except in the movies), and I speak from personal knowledge. You are better off ending the FWB relationship, then allowing a romantic relationship to occur on its own. When you break the rules by caring to much you only end up with hurt feelings or you fess up and end up putting too much pressure on the other person driving them away ending up in more hurt feelings. It only has a happy ending in the movies which isn't' real life.
