there could be a plenty of difference in each other i had a 2009 tyota corolla sport metallic black it was good lolin but it was really small and light when i drove it like to 60mph it swinged sideways due to the air and becuz it was a sport sports are light for competition so i sold it.
Now i have a 2014 toyota camry sedan 4 cylinder one it is nice also but bigger in the interior has alot of new features to try out and looks good on the outside i really like the ffront bumper looks sporty in a way but thats just my opinion.
In my opinion i go with the camry it is more convienient but thats just my opinion, whichever one you like if you like sporty or if you like cruising family type either one!!!:)
One size class: the Corolla competes in the C-segment (compacts), the Camry in the D (mid-size). As Jay notes, you have additional powertrain options in the Camry that the Corolla lacks.
The Corolla is smaller and less expensive.
The Camry has a V6 engine available and is also available as a hybrid, the Corolla does not.
Windowphobe explained it best. Actually in 2009, you had the same number of gasoline powertrain options between the Corolla and the Camry. Most Corollas had the 1.8 liter engine, but the sporty XRS model (the car the Corolla S wants to be), had a 2.4 liter engine- the same one used in the 4 cylinder Camry. It was offered with a 6 speed manual (instead of 5 speed like other Corollas) and optional 5 speed automatic (instead of the old 4 speed automatic used in other Corollas). The Camry just offered a Hybrid option...meaning more room with almost Corolla-like mpgs.
camry is supposed to be the more "luxurious" of the two ; maybe has more interior room, options, etc
