You can pretty much forget about getting any scholarships even if you were academically excellent, and certainly with your 'average' grades.

You're of course more than welcome to come to study at a university in the UK, assuming a) you can get in with your average grades, and b) you can afford it (expect to pay minimum of £60k for a three-year-degree, tuition and basic accommodation only, with living expenses on top).

There's no particular 'procedure' to it, just go to the UCAS website (www.ucas.com) where you'll find all the info you need, including full listings of all UK undergraduate courses and details of entry requirements, how to apply, etc.

There are no scholarships offered in the UK. British students fund their studies with a student loan. If you are interested in studying there and your family is not rich, you will have to apply for scholarships in your own country.

There ARE no cheap study options abroad and NO scholarships (unless you are the top 1% in a field needed by that country)
If you do not meet the requirements academically and/or financially you do not get to study END OF STORY.
Higher education is a privilege for people who can afford it and are smart enough to qualify. If not EVERYONE would do it and it
would no longer be HIGHER and the results would mean nothing to employers.

You MUST be able to prove you have enough money for the study fee, living, accomodation and return flight BEFORE you will even be considered for a study VISA.
No visa no school.

With average grades, you won't be eligible for any scholarship at a UK university - these are given on academic merit.

To study in the UK, you need a student visa, requiring:
- a confirmed place on a full time university course (you can research universities and courses and apply on the UCAS website!
- proof you can afford the full costs (at least £25,000 a year)

Once you've finished your studies, you return to Pakistan.

You won't get a scholarship to study in the UK if you have got average grades. So you would have to pay international student fees to attend a not very good UK university. I would be much cheaper and more accessible for you to study in Pakistan.

Study abroad is a luxury, and you pay for your luxuries. There is almost no financial aid for foreign students in the UK (or practically anywhere), and competition for those very limited funds is very tough. IF there is any money available, it only goes to exceptional students. Those with mediocre grades cannot even compete for admission to universities abroad, no less compete for limited funds.

If you & your parents do not have the money to pay for studying abroad, go to school in your own country where it's cheaper. Also, you can ONLY work without restriction in your country of citizenship. Work your way through school in your own country, like 80% of Americans do, majority of UK students, etc, do.
