The answer is yes.

However, your chance depends on how you proceed.

1. If possible, take HKDSE Music subject exam. Even you have not enrolled in the subject, it does not prohibit you from taking the exam.

And you should be able to handle without issue, given your background.

2. You must put this major for your first group of choice of JUPAS. Music, unlike other majors, is a "must interview" major as the program must ask you for an audition in order to admit you.

3. Work with the program, your school, and your music teacher. As Music has a special admission procedure, these will help you a lot in your admission.

香港現在只得翻二間大學有音樂系(BU/CUHK),二間面試都是先考筆試,筆試內容已不同舊制,舊制如你有八級樂理是有幫助的,但新制DSE就唔同晒,佢內容全都是音樂科內容有關,如你冇收過根本就唔識答,誰一是內容是選擇題可以博一博自己有幾好彩,但有份面試唔一定實收,因為佢最終都是睇你公開試成績,你分比人高就有機會入讀,但你要有心理準備,音樂系一般不如你想象,其實冇嘜嘢學,好多人讀讀下都想轉系.

我提意你去演藝,如果你識演藝老師重好,我有幾個朋友連5科合格都冇,都是人士入到去,有個七級,有個八級,但你千其唔好似為越高級越好,另一朋友因為冇人士但已是演奏二連SECOND IN都冇份,話佢不合資格(因為根據佢份資歷表,原來佢啲老師一般都是演奏一), 同樣是有心理準備, 佢比大學更加無嘢學, 每次都是老師要同學互斗, 除了斗彈琴外, 學術上更加冇嘢學, 在這裏讀緊的人大多說不好受.
