問問有關現在完成式問題想問問

Present perfect:-
I have been discharged from ABC Hospital.After my discharge from the Hospital, I went into home dated March5,2010.
No problem if something ,which is not a necessary part of sentence, be deleted.

已往的事與目前無関, you should use past tense.
除咗以前是, 現在都是, that is able to using present tense.

I had been discharged from ABC Hospital ( in 5-3-2010. )

錯啦
2010年發生的已經是過去了的事，只會用PAST TENSE.

I was discharged from ABC Hospital...(加埋日期就更好，就算沒有日期聽/讀者也會意識到不是剛發生的事)

但假如你講I have been discharged from ABC Hospital.意思係剛剛(可能只是半天內)從ABC Hospital離開。
