我不懂為什麼allow是第三人稱單數卻不用加s?
而且第二句已經有say是原型了,為什麼這邊allow還是原形?

因為是祈使語氣，所以未看見主詞you（主詞屬第二者單數或多數）。Allow me to say thank you again for your support.
動詞allow＋受詞me＋受詞補語to say xxx
你漏打了to，因為to say是不定詞，需要加上標記to
有些使役動詞後面的受詞補語才用無to的不定詞（bare infinitive)
Let me say thank you again for your support.
這裡的let是屬於這類使役動詞
