網上購物有瑕疵,賣家唔理人

早前係FACEBOOK FAN PAGE見到有一網站賣手袋
最終係該網站買了2個手袋
其中一個發現有瑕疵,
經一個月電郵來往賣家都唔肯換貨
最後我同佢講要佢退款,我寄回貨品
賣家完全唔回覆
只知賣家是內地公司
而家可以點算...><

其實你可以試下報警/消委會,但係多數唔會受理,
我之前上YAHOO的拍賣買左部相機,
有曬EMAIL做証,比曬錢有收據,
後來條友扮曬野話咩幾日後寄,之後又話1星期後,
最後冇寄過,我即刻去報警,搞左3個月,
D警察都係話証據不足,我睇個勢其實大把人被呢條友呃,
最後米一樣唔受理,香港店都追唔返,
更何況內地?
不過得唔得都要試下報警告佢地!
唔得的話就班人馬唱衰佢地!免得再有人上當

瑕疵會唔會係寄件時先有?間店多數有買寄件保險,佢地有得追架喎!
如果佢地特登拎爛貨買就上消委會投訴啦!

Unfortunately, there is nothing you will practically do.

Courts in Hong Kong only have territorial jurisdictions for issues occurred in Hong Kong. When a dispute involves different jurisdictions, the choice of law will make everything even more complicated.

Even your purse costs thousands of dollar, it simply does not worth the trouble and expenses to go after something like this.
