Why am i so weak?
Im 205 pounds, im a physical football player, i lift hard. Why can i only bench 145 and squat 185?

Lift medium weight slowly and with perfect form. It's all about strength, not nice numbers.
Strength is only one part of the game- an important part, yes, but you also need speed and technique.
