申請離婚手續

如雙方同意離婚，應共同向法庭提出離婚申請，雙方應填寫一份「共同申請書」，並親自送交家事法庭登記處，法庭會排期於 50 日內聆訊。(申請書可在家事法庭索取)

如訴訟是雙方同意同意離婚的，則毋須出席有關聆訊，法庭會頒布暫准判令，解除雙方婚姻關係。

雙方有子女就會有聆訊.

1. It does not work that way.

The Family Court only deals with your filing and general questions regarding procedures. Only a judge can approve your divorce.

Unless you have prepared all necessary forms for filing, you don't have to bring anything at all.

2. The number of visits depends on the completeness of your form packet. Usually, for a uncontested divorce, only 1 court appearance is required.

Your time in the Court varies. But most of them are waiting time.
