Simply impossible.When the transaction is finalized, the buyer must make the payment in a secured form, such as a cashier's cheque or wire transfer to a escrow account pending the completion of the transaction.
Regular cheques will be only used in early stage of the transaction (such as downpayment).

一般成交付款都會以本票或律師行支票支付，
其他支票都不會收，即使收也要支票兌現才交付簽妥的買賣樓契。
