Yes, definitely.
Most Latin Americans are actually Native American or heavily mixed with Native American. Take a look at Mexicans for example (pictured below).
Most Native Americans are from Latin America or are of Latin American descent, but many still exist from the tribes of the USA and Canada, not nearly as many though because they were pushed to near-extinction in those two countries.
One user on here is a Navajo, and another is an Ojibwe. And yes there are plenty of tribes with living people in them. You should take a look at some US Native American reservations and they will tell you who lives on them.
Also most Latin American people could not tell you which tribe their blood is from, but most Native Americans in the USA and Canada probably could.
