我用的係Brother DCP-J125打印機
之前一路用都没問題,但剛剛搬了屋,再次插上電源後,就不能print出字來,白字一張.....
我試過重新安裝軟件驅動程式,結果一樣只出一張白字.....
請問我應如何處理呢?

1. Check the USB cable connection2. Check the ink cartridge installation
It does not sound like a software, but a hardware issue.
