Is there any way to see a website I have visited for example two years ago with the content that it had before or bring back the history to check the website I have visited with the same content that it had before 2 years on my PC :?

If you know the URL of the site you can use the Wayback machine on archive.org

It's very unlikely. Usually, most web browsers save your history, but after x amount of time, it begins deleting the oldest items to make room for newer ones.
