I was wondering what jobs are in demand and what course should I take if I'm going to pursue that job.?

As an unemployed university graduate, I'd say go for something that can be certified/ or a professional degree that could get you a job even you don't pursue a master. If you're going into the Sciences, great! Dietitian/social worker/ physiotherapist/ optometrist...lots! If you're going into Business, I would totally say Accounting, stable career and get certified after a few years. If you're in the Arts/Social sciences.. you'd probably go to business eventually or require a master degree... or unemployed like me hahahaha.

you know what, I strongly suggest that you should look at the jobs that you're interested in, and their current job postings, see what education is required. Moreover, volunteer for some big organization and get some rough ideas on what jobs are there and how's their job nature. ( volunteering is great because usually employers(when you apply for internship)view volunteering experience as work experience).
