西醫冇戒口，但老一輩説法做手術後不要吃生冷食物，如香蕉，梨，西瓜等等⋯⋯若本身己屬寒底又沒有出現便祕問題，就忍口不要吃啦！身體係自己的，要好好保重好好珍惜！
想食生果就暫時食蘋果先。

西醫無戒口的,但不要吃太多,每天一兩隻可以.可通腸胃.
