Having received the document which was from the branch company handing over to Hong Kong office and I have following questions to be made and needed your help and precious opinions for solving that.
Owing to the cancelation of designated meeting, it is my intention trying to find out how to deal with some portions of the problem as being requested.
As referring to " The agreement was signed by the supplier "
1) Within the same agreement, it includes basic, quality assurance and confidentiality with additional supplier commitment statement (all these agreements and statement are with continuous pages and binding together in one and with different nature being not separated).
2)Within the same agreement, it includes basic, quality assurance and confidentiality (all these agreements are with continuous pages and binding together in one and with different nature being not separated ); whether or not it can be sorted out and being kept on file ?
3)Should the product specifications be bound together with price-list and also there is a seal of company on the edge of every page of the agreement and it wonders whether or not can be sorted and being kept on file?
For example: There are two different kinds of agreement binding together with a total of ten pages within which there is some trace of a seal of company on the edge of every page. While being check that carefully, it appears to be a seal of company by sight and it wonders whether or not can be sorted and being kept on file?
As being supposed, the agreements are being filed according to kinds and as the result, the seal of company won't be shown clearly then whether that'll be any problem which will influence the legal result ?
4) Regarding the product specification, it appears there was an additional attachment which isn't received by me anyway; why there is only the original document ?
5) In addition, it is only some photocopies only without the original document while I received.
The above problems are my main concerns.
