If you read icrt.com.tw on EZ News,run by Taipei Inter.Community Cultural Foundation,you'll listen to EZ News audio.You only find 10KM EZ file news intro. Then you podcast on 10am TW News,you'll be okay.6 other sections of News follow.
Hard words are many;eg:-procurment=supplies for government ; poaching=illegallyfish on somebody else's property or without permission. etc.
Much of the meaning must be inferred slowly from the English context.Don't know with the Chinese explanations on their website;but you're suppose listening to English ICRT EZ News.With best of wishes.
