Honestly, I had sent out the package as a whole immediately after receiving it.

I didn't check to see what was inside and I barely touched anything.

I have no idea why something (XXX) is missing from the package.

However, I will check it (the package) carefully next time and (will) notify every one of you as soon as I find XXX missing.

Please note that i had sent out the whole parcel without opening before so i don't know anything missing inside.

Next time i will double check before sending and will inform all if need.

注意一下, 可以用連接詞連接句式, 以及留意英文文法, 其實英文可以表達得好簡單容易.

另外, 強調既用詞, 通常放係前方, 所以有需要就要用被動詞.

最後, 因為唔知你係用公文定閑計去講呢件事, 如果係公文, 言語間要更有禮貌.

我想強調是已將收到的全部送出了。沒有把他動過什麼。我不清楚為何裏面少了東西。下次我會留意有沒有，如果沒有會通知大家。

Amendment: (2) As referred to the consignment, I want to emphasize that had already been delivered without dismantled and don't know why that had something missing. In view of that, I will check carefully in the future whether there is anything missing prior to inform all of you.
