家裏漏鹹水地板全部爆開
裝修後地板還是大面積發黑 是為什麼?

木地板浸水就會發黑，先止血，全換地板，或改用地磚，裝修是你的事，你想找誰上身﹖試試看﹗

參考: 法例第400章《噪音管制條例》 第4條 夜間或公眾假日的噪音
(1)任何人於下午11時至翌日上午7時，或於公眾假日的任何時間，在住用處所或公眾地方發出或促使發出噪音，而該噪音對任何人而言是其煩擾的根源，即屬犯罪。
(2)任何住用處所的業主、租戶、佔用人或掌管人，於下午11時至翌日上午7時，或於公眾假日的任何時間，明知而准許或任由噪音由該住用處所發出，而該噪音對任何人而言是其煩擾的根源，即屬犯罪。
(3)任何人犯本條所訂的罪行，可處罰款$10000。 (由1994年第2號第9條修訂)

浸過鹹水,唔係就咁換過咁簡單,所以你攪完,再攪多次,都一樣係發黑.
做足番個工序,然後先換地板啦.
再裝修梗係由師傅負責啦,唔通你識做咩~?
ps:鹹水樓應該聽過啦,梗係點做唔得啦.

如果你間屋有白蟻,係咪裝修過間屋就冇事?常識都答到你,梗係做左除蟲先開始裝修啦!
