應該係咁：'He is John,' she said.
'He is John?' She said.
She said, 'He is John.'
逗號(,) 後面要用小寫，因為句子未完結；但問號(?) 後面要用大寫，因為句子已完結
而引號(' ')裡代表一句句子的開始，所以用大寫
