I haven't fell down or twisted my wrist or anything yet it hurts really bad?

It usually happens about once every 3 months for a few days. My wrist hurts when I move it and its only one wrist. I havent fell down. No one has twisted my wrist so why does it randomly hurt?

Do you type a lot? Or do any kind of repetitive motion with your hands? If you do, you might have carpal tunnel syndrome. I have it in my left wrist. I used to feel it constantly, now it's only once every few weeks. You can get a wrist brace at any pharmacy for when it flares up.
