Please help me?

I've been experiencing this for a while now, but I get pressure in my ears, which then causes me to feel off balance somewhat. I am very irritated by this, because I can not get rid of this feeling no matter what. It is stressful, because I get dizzy almost every time this happens. It is very uncomfortable as well. Sorry to complain, but I'm just tired of this. I feel like I also always have some sort of problem that I worry about. Something small that causes me to worry, and I always think something small like this, or even dizziness caused by pressure in my ears is a serious sign of something serious. My eyes strain a lot and I get dizzy from this as well. I really just want to alleviate my dizziness. I am seeing my eye doctor tomorrow, and I know this will help with the dizziness, because im getting glasses to resolve this. But what about the pressure in my ears? I get tired of being told I have vertigo, when my doctor even told me I show no signs of this. I'm trying to figure this out. I live in a very humid state, and the weather is always changing. Sorry for this stupid rant, but sometimes a person gets tired of having problems, and I definitely am. Especially since I'm 17. I don't want to experience these sort of things forever. Thanks, and sorry again. I'm just confused and agitated.

When you feel like you have pressure in your ears, pinch your nose with your thumb and forefinger. Then blow like you are blowing your nose, but don't do it too hard. You should feel them pop, and the dizziness should subside, at least for a while.

For vertigo try this. flat on a bed, knees up, roll body fast to left side and turn head into mattress. hold for 30 seconds to let the floaters settle through the fluid, or until it stops. roll fast to right and hold. roll to back. if it seems to still be there, repeat, right to left

You need to see a doctor as soon as you are able to. This is nothing to mess around with. Tell your mom or dad, or both to take you to the ER.
