I ONLY agree with Colby on this one. RAM no chance. STORAGE, then ONLY if it has space for an SD card (Which you can swap and change) but these are ALSO limited to the size of the card you can install.
If you mean memory by RAM, you can't. If you mean memory by storage, only if it has a SD card slot or a port that you can hook something like that up to.
Do you want to upgrade the storage on it? You can't really upgrade it, unless you're a wizard and know how to solder, write drivers, etc.. You can put more storage space on it if it has an SD card slot.
Do you want to upgrade RAM? If so, then you can't. RAM on tablets are soldered onto the logicboard of the tablet, so you'd need to be a wizard to get new RAM to work.
