would an iphone autocorrect hungry to horny I want to make sure before I block this guy?

I personally do not think so but correct me if i am wrong. This guy I was talking to me said he was goning to eat then i said bye
few minutes later he said are u horny
then he waited a few moments
and said
hungry
then again couple of minutes later sorry stupid iphone auto correct then i replied ok then he said are u mad

Is it possible for an iphone to really do this
because I also have an iphone and even when i type horn it does not suggest horny
