I was in Starbucks the other day and I heard a song that Snoop Dogg took a sample from for Ain't No Fun (If The Home's Can't Have None) featuring Name Dogg, Warren G, and Kurupt. I know it's from the 80's but who was the original musical artist?

He didn't. However Mariah Carey samped his song in Heartbreaker.

Actually they Sampled Snoop and your talking about Tuxedo s - "Number One" song. I know it sounds like Snoop sampled them and they were from the 80 s but their not, "Number One" was realsed in 2015.
