Nothing.1. It is rare for a building/estate to have a building manage prior the establishment of the corporation as the authority of the manager is vested by the corporation, who represents all owners.
2. Establishing an owners' corporation is the responsibility of the owners. If help is needed, the Government has resources available to owners.
3. There is a potential conflict of interest if the manager helps the owners to establish the corporation.
