The present perfect for 5:-

She has had;
Have you ever been punished? No never.
I have known Tom for many years.
We have been friends since we were in school.

Present perfect tense denotes present results of past actions.
Note that the words :-ever---never---for---since are used, applied.
"for" refers to a period of time and "since" refers to a point of time in the past.

Mary has already^ killed.
The above denote actions that are completed recently. Note that the words "just" and "already" are used, applied. "Just" is used to mean the immediate past while "already" means a completion.

present perfect is a combination of present tense & perfect aspect. it is used to express a past event that has present consequences.

it is usually used "for" or "since" in the sentence

for example, I have waited for 15 minutes.

for example, Mary has finished the work.

for example, I have studied in this school since 2012

also, "ever" / 'never" can be used in present perfect tense sentense.

eg, Have you ever heard of "What Makes You Beautiful"?
eg, I have never heard of this news.

above cases are active voice. FOR PASSIVE VOICE,

for example, The apple has been eaten by me
(active voice) I have eaten the apple.
