Am I a natural born us citizen?

If your father was a US citizen at the time of your birth then you are a natural born US citizen, who just happens to have been born abroad in the Philippines
How are we supposed to know? Ask your mother.
Yes,
you are a natural-born US citizen. How do I know?
Well, when your dad reported your birth to the US consulate in Manila by filing a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA), he had to prove that he met the residency requirements of the US Department of State at that time in order to transfer his US citizenship to you. Only because he was able to do that, you received your US passport. This means you were born as a US citizen, so you are a "natural-born" US citizen.
Had he not been able to do that, he could have only filed a petition with the US leading to an immigrant visa and to a Green Card upon arrival, at which time you'd have become a US citizen by act of law, the Child Citizenship Act of 2000, as long as you were under the age of 18 when you first set foot on US soil.

If you were born here or have parents who were than you are
no you're an ISIS member... the **** should i know?
I was born in the Philippine. Before I was born, my father was a Filipino naturalized US citizen and my mother was a citizen of the Philippine. I moved to the US when I was 10 years old and I was given US passport at the embassy. Anyway, what is the status of my citizenship? I mean, Ted Cruz was born in Canada to an American and Cuban parent, yet he is eligible to run for a president.
