Joe has just written an English letter. = Joe剛剛才寫好一封英文信。
just = 剛才（強調事件完成的時間點在不久之前）
動詞用「現在完成式」表示剛有了結果。
Joe is just writing an English letter. = Joe現在只是在寫一封英文信（不是做別的事情）
just = 只是（強調發生的事件只有這一件）
動詞用「現在進行式」表示這事現在正在發生。
這題有爭議，因為BD兩個答案都成立。

The present perfect tense:-
It denotes present results of past actions.
Note that the words " Just" and" already" are used.
"Just" is used to mean the immediate past (eg:-half an hour ago!) while "already" indicates cpmpletion.
eg:-Joe (=Jeo) B, has just written=has written an English letter.=(perhaps half an hour ago.)
The present continuous:-eg:-Joe is writing; Not is just writing.The actions are in progress now.You can't use D since "just" is included in D, Not correct !!!!!
