It all depends on how you define WW3. There is likely to be a war in the Middle East that could involve ten countries and their proxies. This would likely not be nuclear. North Koreas nuclear devices are limited but dangerous. Russia is probably intelligent enough to fight to a stalemate and declare a truce.
