On (this) Monday, I called ABC company to cancel the interview.

Then, you can say to your friend:

1. (within this week)
~ I have already cancelled the job interview this Tuesday with ABC Company.

2. (after this week)
~ I have already cancelled the job interview as of 26th May this year with ABC Company.

it should be: I had cancelled the job interview of ABC Company on 26th May this year/ i cancelled the job interview....
