Does the Canon G 7X camera have the Smooth Skin feature? I have a lot of acne that I want it to smooth out in selfies.?

I'm almost certain Smooth Skin won't be enough. What you'll need is the Healing Tool in Photoshop.

No. the G7X has a "soft focus" mode which produces a slight blurring effect that smooths small details. You can control the amount of blurring using the lens ring.

Just sign up for Adobe for $10 per month you get Photoshop and Lightroom. Use Photoshop's healing brush to remove acne.

Use make up first. Then use the healing tool in Photoshop (not free) http://www.adobe.com or the free software GIMP http://www.gimp.org
