First of all, there are four fundamental forces in the world (i.e. gravity, electromagnetism , Strong & Weak nuclear force)
Those are transfered by the following particles
Gravity(G) : Graviton
Electromagnetism(EM) :photon
Strong nuclear force : gluon
Weak nuclear force : W&Z boson
1. how many fundamental forces of nature are there acting between one electron and one down quark?
Ans:EM (Electromagnetism) as quark and electron both have electric charge,

2.how many fundamental forces of nature are acting between two photons?
Ans: Nothing, as photons don't have mass, electric charge, colour charge
