我自幼年開始常常身體孱弱,必需父母照顧和關懷. 後來直到年紀較大之後身體續漸較為強壯,當時正值小學時期;必需前往九龍鑽石山求學;僥倖獲得你每日的照顧和接送返學和放學,才能順利完成整個小學課程得到畢業. 現在雖然我已經進入中學,但是仍然很難忘記你對我的照顧和幫助;因此我誠心誠意感激你的偉大犧牲自己的時間真是令我感激不盡.謹此

Ever since my childhood I had been rather weak and needed to look after by my parents.
